市政主干道沥青路面车辙成因及抗车辙技术研究

摘  要:为提高市政主干道沥青路面抗车辙性能,本文基于某城市六条主干道车辙调查结果,从路面受力特征及沥青混合料温度依赖性两个角度揭示了车辙形成机理,并探讨了提升路面抗车辙性能的关键技术。结果表明:平交口上游是市政主干道最易发生车辙区域;沥青路面中面层产生较大的剪应力是车辙产生的重要原因,高温下沥青软化、抗剪强度降低,无法有效抵抗车轮的剪切力加剧了路面流动变形;从提高路面抗剪强度和降低路面剪切应力两方面着手提出的沥青路面抗车辙技术可有效提高路面高温抗车辙能力。In order to improve the anti-rutting performance of municipal main road asphalt pavement,based on the rutting survey results of six main roads in a city,this paper reveals the formation mechanism of rutting from two aspects:pavement stress characteristics and temperature dependence of asphalt mixture,and discusses the key technologies to improve the anti-rutting performance of pavement.The results show that the upstream of the intersection is the most prone to rutting area of the municipal trunk road;the large shear stress in the middle layer of asphalt pavement is an important cause of rutting.The softening of asphalt and the decrease of shear strength at high temperature can not effectively resist the shear force of wheels,which aggravates the flow deformation of pavement.The anti-rutting technology of asphalt pavement proposed from the aspects of improving the shear strength of pavement and reducing the shear stress of pavement can effectively improve the high temperature anti-rutting ability of pavement.
