摘  要:为了解决桥梁结构物模板调校这一难题,通过发明桥梁结构物模板测控装置将竖向两个棱镜通过强力磁铁吸附于模板轴线位置进行模板实际偏差的测量。阐述了测控装置定位的基本原理、测量控制方法、实施过程、实施流程等内容,对模板定位装置精度展开分析,总结了测量装置定位的优点及缺点,降低了桥梁测量定位施工中存在测量定位困难、安全风险较大等测量控制等问题发生的可能性。In order to solve the problem of adjustment of bridge structure template,a measuring and controlling device for bridge structure template was invented to measure the actual deviation of the template by adsorption of two vertical prisms on the axis of the template with a strong magnet.The basic principle,measurement control method,implementation process and implementation flow of measurement and control device positioning are expounded,the accuracy of template positioning device is analyzed,and the advantages and disadvantages of measurement and control device positioning are summarized,which reduces the possibility of measurement and control problems such as difficulty in measurement and positioning and greater safety risk in bridge measurement and positioning construction.
