摘 要:为探讨混凝土收缩徐变对超高层建筑施工的影响,进一步优化施工步骤,以某超高层框架-核心筒结构建筑为研究对象,借助有限元分析软件ANSYS探讨其在混凝土收缩徐变影响下的施工变形问题。从结果看,在建筑总变形量中,混凝土收缩徐变所导致的变形量占据约50%,在忽略施工找平时将导致结构标高难以满足设计标高要求;从建筑使用阶段的竖向变形看,结构竖向变形在竣工10年内发展迅速,在10年后开始趋于稳定。所得结果可为后续类似超高层建筑施工质量控制提供参考。In order to explore the influence of concrete shrinkage and creep on the construction of super high-rise buildings and further optimize the construction steps,a super high-rise frame core tube structure building was taken as the research object.The finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to explore the construction deformation problem under the influence of concrete shrinkage and creep.From the results,it can be seen that the deformation caused by concrete shrinkage and creep accounts for about 50%of the total deformation of the building.Ignoring construction leveling will result in the structural elevation being difficult to meet the design elevation requirements;From the perspective of vertical deformation during the construction phase,the vertical deformation of the structure develops rapidly within 10 years of completion and begins to stabilize after 10 years.The obtained results can provide reference for the quality control of similar super high-rise building construction in the future.
