摘 要:探究了既有多层集合住宅外立面及屋顶的装饰节能改造整体化设计方案。建筑外立面可选的装饰构件有两种,玻璃纤维增强混凝土装饰构件密度高、强度大,适用于住宅一层以及外挑尺寸超过200 mm的部分;聚苯乙烯板装饰构件自重小、弹性大、质感好,适用于二层及以上部分。保温层与角部装饰采用抗裂砂浆抹出角饰的做法。屋顶装饰按照节能与美观相统一的原则,对太阳能热水系统和光电系统进行了整体化设计。在保证既有多层集合住宅整体协调与美观的基础上,转化利用太阳能以满足住户日常用水用电需求,达到了建筑节能效果。This paper explores the integrated design scheme for energy-saving decoration and renovation of the exterior facade and roof of existing multi story residential buildings.There are two types of decorative components available for building facades.Fiberglass reinforced concrete decorative components have high density and strength,and are suitable for the first floor of residential buildings and parts with overhanging dimensions exceeding 200 mm;Polystyrene board decorative components have small self weight,high elasticity,and good texture,suitable for second and above layers.The insulation layer and corner decoration are made by applying crack resistant mortar to the corner decoration.The roof decoration has been designed as a whole for the solar hot water system and photovoltaic system based on the principle of energy conservation and aesthetics.On the basis of ensuring the overall coordination and aesthetics of existing multi story residential buildings,the conversion and utilization of solar energy to meet the daily water and electricity needs of residents has achieved building energy efficiency.
