摘 要:为了提升道路结构的稳定性和耐久性,本文通过介绍水泥基道路补强注浆材料的制备与路用性能测试内容,分析了从原材料准备到复合材料配合比设计,再到干缩性能、抗渗性能及综合抗压强度测试的全过程。在制备阶段,详细阐述了原材料的选择与配合比设计原则;在测试阶段,采用标准化方法对注浆材料的干缩性、抗渗性和抗压强度进行了全面评估。研究结果表明,通过优化配合比设计,所制备的水泥基道路补强注浆材料展现出良好的干缩稳定性和优异的抗渗性能,同时其综合抗压强度满足道路补强要求。本文提出的制备方法和性能测试流程为水泥基道路补强注浆材料的应用提供了科学依据和技术支持。In order to improve the stability and durability of road structures,this article introduces the preparation and road performance testing of cement-based road reinforcement grouting materials,analyzes the entire process from raw material preparation to composite material mix design,to drying shrinkage performance,impermeability performance,and comprehensive pressure resistance testing.In the preparation stage,the selection of raw materials and the principles of mix design were elaborated in detail;During the testing phase,standardized methods were used to comprehensively evaluate the drying shrinkage,impermeability,and compressive strength of the grouting material.The research results indicate that by optimizing the mix design,the cement-based road reinforcement grouting material prepared exhibits good shrinkage stability and excellent impermeability performance,while its comprehensive compressive strength meets the requirements of road reinforcement.The preparation method and performance testing process proposed in this article provide scientific basis and technical support for the application of cement-based road reinforcement grouting materials.
