摘  要:微型燃气轮机回热器可以将其排气回收再利用,有效提高了整机效率,而板翅式回热器是其最常用的回热器类型之一。本研究利用效率-传热单元数法进行了板翅式回热器的热力学计算研究,分别计算了回热器换热效率和总压损失,并以100 kW微型燃气轮机为基础进行回热器的设计和优化。最终所得到的板翅式回热器满足所需的设计指标,总换热效率达到82.65%,总相对压力损失为4.96%,功重比及紧凑度均满足所需要求。The micro gas turbine regenerator can recover and reuse its exhaust gas,which effectively improves the efficiency of the whole machine,and the plate-fin regenerator is one of the most commonly used regenerator types.In this study,the thermodynamic calculation of the plate-fin recuperator was carried out by using the efficiency-heat transfer unit number method.The heat transfer efficiency and total pressure loss of the recuperator were calculated respectively,and the design and optimization of the recuperator were carried out based on the 100 kW micro gas turbine.The final plate-fin regenerator meets the required design specifications.The total heat exchange efficiency reaches 82.65%,the total relative pressure loss is 4.96%,and the power-to-weight ratio and compactness meet the required requirements.
