摘 要:为实现区域性多风电场集控,提高SCADA系统对风电场短期风力的预测能力,引入CIM模型,开展区域性多风电场集控SCADA系统设计。通过构建系统总体架构,包括现场OPC服务器选型,实现风电场数据的实时采集与传输。系统软件设计方面,建立基于CIM模型的数据库,以统一标准管理风电设备信息;实现区域性多风电场集控数据处理,提升数据处理效率与精度。同时,建立CIM量测点关联机制,确保风电场运行数据与CIM模型的有效映射。通过对比实验证明,该系统在提升风电场集控水平、增强数据共享与分析能力方面效果显著,可实现对风电场短期风力的准确预测,为风电场智能化管理提供有力支撑。In order to realize centralized control of regional multi-wind farms and improve the short-term wind forecasting ability of SCADA system for wind farms,CIM model was introduced to carry out the centralized control SCADA system design for regional multi-wind farms.By constructing the overall architecture of the system,including the selection of OPC server,real-time acquisition and transmission of wind farm data are realized.In the aspect of system software design,a database based on CIM model is established to manage wind power equipment information in a unified standard.Realize regional multi-wind farm centralized control data processing,improve data processing efficiency and accuracy.At the same time,the association mechanism of CIM measurement points is established to ensure the effective mapping between wind farm operation data and CIM model.Through comparative experiments,it is proved that the system is effective in improving the centralized control level of wind farms and enhancing the ability of data sharing and analysis,which can realize the accurate prediction of short-term wind power of wind farms and provide strong support for the intelligent management of wind farms.
