摘  要:电制热储热负荷对电网调峰的积极影响和促进风电消纳的深度尚不清晰。首先,采用电网火电下调功率达极限状态作为电网调节能力指标,建立电网下调功率达极限状态评估模型与电制热储热负荷投入时序模型;其次,建立电制热储热负荷与弃风的耦合时序、耦合时长、耦合度计算模型,提出电制热储热负荷跟随弃风能力评估方法;最后,算例分析表明电网下调功率达极限状态与电网调峰弃风耦合度最高,电制热储热负荷与电网调峰弃风耦合度超过90%。The positive impact of electric heating storage load input on grid peak shaving and the depth of promoting wind power consumption are still unclear.Firstly,the power reduction of thermal power in the power grid reaching the limit state is used as an indicator of the power grid regulation capacity.The paper establishes an evaluation model for the limit state of power reduction in the power grid and a time series model for the input of electric heating storage load.Secondly,a coupling time series,coupling duration,and coupling degree calculation model for the electric heating storage load and abandoned wind have been established.Moreover,a method for evaluating the capacity of electric heating storage to follow the abandoned wind is proposed.The results show that the coupling degree between the power reduction of the power grid reaching the limit state and the peak shaving and wind curtailment of the power grid is 100%.The coupling degree between electric heating storage load and grid peak shaving and wind curtailment exceeds 90%.
