摘 要:随着电网的发展和分布式电源接入的不断增多,传统的配电网正在转变为有源配电网。为了提高有源配电网的故障自愈速度、可靠性和灵活性,研发了一种用于实现有源配电网分布式故障自愈的装置。首先建立了一个基于5G通信网络物理架构的对等通信网络,构建了一个完善的网络拓扑信息系统;提出幅值-相角解耦的新型差动判据,以更好地适应有源配电网,以获取的信息为基础设计了分布式的快速孤岛检测与供电恢复策略,通过减少信息传输层级,缩短了恢复的整体时间。基于所提方法和策略,将分布式的故障自愈功能实现于5G通信的终端装置,这个装置基本上实现了有源配电网的故障自愈功能,最大限度地维持供电负荷,减少了停电区域,提高了配电网的可靠性。With the development of power grids and the increasing access to distributed power sources,the traditional distribution network is transforming into an active distribution network.In order to improve the fault self-healing speed,reliability and flexibility of active distribution network,a device for realizing distributed fault self-healing of active distribution network was developed.Firstly,a peer-to-peer communication network based on the physical architecture of 5G communication network is established,and a complete network topology information system is constructed.A new differential criterion with amplitude and phase angle decoupling is proposed to better adapt to the active distribution network.Based on the obtained topology information,a distributed fast island detection and power supply recovery strategy is designed,which shortens the overall recovery time by reducing the number of information transmission.This device basically realizes the fault self-healing function of the active distribution network,maximizing the maintenance of the power supply load and reducing the outage area improves the reliability of the distribution network.
