摘  要:围绕电机控制回路中电压短时波动问题展开研究,剖析电压波动的电参量瞬态特征及电磁耦合机制,并阐述其对控制回路在电气参数、控制信号与敏感元件等方面的影响机制,提出采用动态电压恢复器、优化信号传输处理、增强敏感元件防护与选型适配等应对措施,以增强电机控制回路对电压波动的抵御能力。This paper focuses on the problem of short-term voltage fluctuations in the motor control circuit,deeply analyzes the transient characteristics of electrical parameters and the electromagnetic coupling mechanism of voltage fluctuations,and elaborates on the influence mechanism on the control circuit in aspects such as electrical parameters,control signals and sensitive components.Based on this,corresponding countermeasures are proposed,including the adoption of dynamic voltage restorers,the optimization of signal transmission and processing,and the enhancement of the protection and appropriate selection of sensitive components.The aim is to strengthen the resistance ability of the motor control circuit to voltage fluctuations.
