摘 要:主要介绍了某钢铁企业66 kV高炉总降变电所改造设计的主要内容。首先,深入该变电所调查设计所需的原始资料,分析国家现行相关设计规范、设计手册及该变电所原始资料和改造后的负荷情况;其次,确定该变电所的改造方案,选择了主变、GIS组合电器及金属铠装全封闭移开式开关柜等设备;再次,采用SVC装置对35 kV LF炉谐波进行治理,提高该变电所的供电质量及功率因数;最后,对该变电所进行改造,以实现综合自动化,进一步提高该66 kV高炉总降变电所的技术性能,为无人值守打下基础。A steel enterprise 66 kV blast furnace total drop substation transformation design main content,first,in-depth investigation of the substation design of the original information required,according to the current national relevant design specifications and design manuals and the substation of the original information and transformation of the load situation analysis;second,to determine the transformation of the substation program,the choice of the main transformer,the GIS combination of electrical appliances and metal-clad fully enclosed The equipment,such as moving switchgear,etc.;again,the SVC device is used to manage the harmonics of 35 kV LF furnace,which improves the power supply quality and power factor of this substation;finally,the transformation of this substation realizes the integrated automation,which further improves the technical performance of this 66 kV blast furnace general descending transformer substation,and lays the foundation for the unmanned operation.Through this design,we have learned the methods and steps of real electrical design.
