摘 要:针对某220 kV变电站断路器重合闸功能失效故障进行分析,分析结果显示:导致此次异常情况的主要原因是厂家人员在设定重合闸闭锁压力值时未能充分考量环境温度对储能介质氮气的影响。此外,在整定过程中,厂家人员仅依据铭牌参数中规定的重合闸闭锁整定值进行设定,导致油压低重合闸闭锁整定值设置偏高,进而导致了本次重合闸传动试验的失败。针对此次问题,提出了相应的改进措施,旨在提升重合闸功能的稳定性和可靠性。This paper analyzes the failure of the reclosing function of a 220 kV substation.The analysis results show that the main reason for the abnormal situation is that the manufacturer′s personnel fail to fully consider the impact of ambient temperature on nitrogen in the energy storage medium when setting the value of reclosing and locking pressure.In addition,in the setting process,the manufacturer personnel only set the reclosing lock setting value specified in the nameplate parameters,resulting in the high setting of the reclosing lock setting value,which leads to the failure of the reclosing drive test.In view of this problem,the corresponding improvement measures are proposed to improve the stability and reliability of the reclosing function.
