摘  要:探讨了建筑低压配电系统防雷接地安装技术。通过Revit软件将综合建筑低压配电系统族库数据整合至软件系统,结合CAD设计,利用预制柱中的钢棒作为避雷导体,并与镀锌扁块相连,构建出连续的电气路径,确保雷电能够安全地引导至基础设施下方,实现有效的防雷保护。安装过程中,采用多线连接的安全敷设方式,并设置主要加固出线点,以减轻雷击影响。通过侧钻孔技术固定防雷支架,准确标记建筑物内部防雷线的位置,完成防雷系统的最终安装。测试结果显示,在接地电阻为100Ω的条件下,不同小组的耐雷水平均稳定在40kA以上,且所有小组的最大临界绕击电流均超过15A,充分验证了该技术方案的有效性和稳定性,有效提升了线路的耐雷水平,避免了线路闪络现象的出现。This article explores the lightning protection and grounding installation technology for low-voltage distribution systems in buildings.Integrate the family library data of the comprehensive building low-voltage distribution system into the software system through Revit software,combine CAD design,use steel rods in prefabricated columns as lightning conductors,and connect them with galvanized flat blocks to construct a continuous electrical path,ensuring that lightning can be safely guided to the bottom of the infrastructure,and achieving effective lightning protection.During the installation process,a safe laying method with multiple wire connections is adopted,and main reinforcement points are set up to reduce the impact of lightning strikes.Fix the lightning protection bracket through side drilling technology,accurately mark the position of the lightning protection line inside the building,and complete the final installation of the lightning protection system.The test results show that under the condition of a grounding resistance of 100Ω,the lightning withstand levels of different groups are stable above 40 kA,and the maximum critical winding current of all groups exceeds 15 A,fully verifying the effectiveness and stability of the technical scheme,effectively improving the lightning withstand level of the line,and avoiding the occurrence of line flashover.
