摘  要:中子散射超导磁体为样品中子散射实验提供了必要的强磁场极端条件,运行时不可避免会出现失超工况,可能会使热辐射屏上应力过大导致结构失效,造成超导磁体故障。本文针对失超工况下热辐射屏的电磁载荷问题,利用有限元法对其进行磁力耦合分析,得到了各部分涡流密度分布趋势,校核了电磁力大小等,验证了结构设计的合理性。Neutron scattering superconducting magnet provides the extreme conditions of high magnetic field for the sample neutron scattering experiment,and the quenching are inevitable during operation,which would lead to structural failure and su-perconducting magnet fault because of excessive stress on the thermal shield.This paper addressed the electromagnetic load issue of the thermal shield under quench.The magnetic coupling analysis was carried out by using the finite element method.In this way,the distribution trend of the eddy current density in each part were obtained and the electromagnetic force was checked.Ad-ditionally,the paper verified the reasonableness of the structural design.
