摘 要:阐述基于STM32F334C8T6单片机和EG8010芯片设计并实现了一种高效率的多功能数控电源。STM32F334单片机用于驱动BUCK同步整流电路,EG8010芯片用于驱动H桥功率变换电路,从而提高了系统效率。通过实时采样输出电压和电流,并采用PID算法调整PWM和SPWM信号的脉宽,进一步提高了输出电压的精度。测试结果表明,当输入电压为30 V时,DC-DC转换的输出电压范围为5~25 V,步进为0.1 V,输出电压纹波为26 mV,且在各种负载条件下的转换效率均大于90%。在DC-AC转换时,输出为10~20 V(有效值)的正弦波电压,步进为0.2 V,输出频率范围为10~100 Hz,步进为0.8 Hz,最大输出电流下效率大于80%。此外,该数控电源还具备欠压、过压和过流保护功能。This paper describes the design of a high efficiency and multifunctional digitally controlled power supply,which was realized based on STM32F334C8T6 microcontroller and EG8010 chip.STM32F334 MCU and EG8010 are used to drive Buck synchronous rectifier circuit and H-bridge power conversion circuit respectively,which improves the efficiency of the system.The precision of output voltage is improved by sampling the output voltage and current in real time and adjusting the pulse width of PWM and SPWM signals with PID algorithm.The test results show that the output voltage of DC-DC conversion ranges from 5 V to 25V with step voltage of o.1 V when the input voltage is 30 V,the output voltage ripple is 26 mV,and the conversion efficiency is more than 90%under various load conditions.The output RMS voltage of DC-AC conversion ranges from 10 V to 20 V with step voltage of 0.2 V,the output frequency is 10~100 Hz with step size of 0.8 Hz,and the conversion efficiency is more than 80%under various load conditions.In addition,undervoltage,overvoltage and overcurrent protection are also included in this proposed digitally controlled power supply.
