摘  要:阐述为应对母线电压波动,对永磁同步电机的驱动拓扑及其控制方法进行了研究。首先,设计适用于永磁同步电机的准Z源逆变器,分析其工作原理,得出了电容C1电压与母线电压之间的关系,并基于此理论设计母线电压采样方法。其次,基于最少开关管次数的原则,设计适用于准Z源的六步换相策略。此外,通过理论分析和仿真验证,设计基于准Z源逆变器的电机驱动系统的软硬件。最终,在Simulink中搭建了软件仿真平台进行仿真,并基于FPGA开发板、理论计算和仿真结果,设计了准Z源和电压源逆变器结合的硬件实验平台,成功实现了较好的母线电压跟随效果。This paper describes the research on the driving topology and control methods of permanent magnet synchronous motors to counteract bus voltage fluctuations.Firstly,it designs a quasi Z-source inverter suitable for permanent magnet synchronous motors,analyzes its working principle,obtains the relationship between capacitor C1 voltage and bus voltage,and theoretically designs a bus voltage sampling method based on this.Secondly,based on the principle of minimum switching times,it designs a six step commutation strategy suitable for quasi Z-sources.In addition,it designs the software and hardware of a motor drive system based on quasi Z-source inverters through theoretical analysis and simulation verification.Finally,it built a software simulation platform in Simulink for simulation,and based on FPGA development board,theoretical calculation and simulation design,a hardware experimental platform combining quasi Z-source and voltage source inverter was successfully developed,achieving good expected bus voltage tracking.
