摘　　要：阐述为提高飞机试飞效率,采用风险因素分析法、内部控制评价法等多种方法,系统分析试飞过程中可能遇到的风险,并提出针对性的风险管理措施,以探讨试飞过程中的风险评估方法及应对策略。This paper describes the use of various methods such as risk factor analysis and internal control evaluation to improve the efficiency of aircraft test flights.It systematically analyzes the risks that may be encountered during the test flight process and proposes targeted risk management measures to explore risk assessment methods and response strategies during the test flight process.
