发电机碳刷及刷架积灰的原因与对策分析

摘　　要：阐述发电机碳刷及刷架积灰问题由磨损、油污和高温等引起,导致绝缘性能下降。提出基于信息技术的在线监测系统,能够实时采集温度、电流、磨损等数据,实现智能预判和故障诊断。This paper describes that the problem of dust accumulation on generator carbon brushes and brush holders is caused by wear,oil stains,and high temperatures,leading to a decrease in insulation performance.It proposes an online monitoring system based on information technology,which can collect real-time data such as temperature,current,wear,achieving intelligent prediction and fault diagnosis.
