摘　　要：阐述一款基于蓝牙通讯的维修电工考核系统的设计,该系统由安卓无线故障模拟设置系统、典型机床电气控制模拟电路板和触摸屏故障考核系统组成。该系统具有自主研发、成本低、操作便捷的特点,能够满足职业院校电工课程教学与考证需求,同时为电工考核设备的维护、维修及升级改造提供技术参考。This paper expounds the design of a maintenance electrician assessment system based on Bluetooth communication.The system consists of an Android wireless fault simulation setting system,a typical machine tool electrical control simulation circuit board,and a touch screen fault assessment system.This system has the characteristics of independent research and development,low cost,and convenient operation,which can meet the teaching and certification needs of electrical engineering courses in vocational colleges.At the same time,it provides technical reference for the maintenance,repair,and upgrading of electrical assessment equipment.
