摘 要:阐述旋转变压器因其抗干扰能力强、尺寸小巧、安装方便等特点,广泛应用于永磁电机、伺服电机等领域。虽然AD2S1205、AU6805等专用解码芯片能实现高精度解码,但其价格较高且需二次通信,增加了成本和系统延时。为此,分析旋转变压器的研究现状及常见软件解码算法,搭建实验平台并提出基于线性化的相位解码算法。通过与反正切算法对比,验证了该算法的可行性,为降低解码成本和提高系统响应速度提供了新思路。This paper expounds that rotary transformers are widely used in fields such as permanent magnet motors and servo motors due to their strong anti-interference ability,compact size,and easy installation.Although specialized decoding chips such as AD2S1205 and AU6805 can achieve high-precision decoding,their high prices and the need for secondary communication increase costs and system latency.To this end,it analyzed the current research status and common software decoding algorithms of rotary transformers,built an experimental platform,and proposed a phase decoding algorithm based on linearization.It verified the feasibility of the algorithm by comparing it with the arctangent algorithm,providing new ideas for reducing decoding costs and improving system response speed.
