摘　　要：全球生态环境治理视野下的中国生态环境法典编纂必须回应“人类共同关切事项”、为促进全球环境治理提供方案。中国的生态环境法治从价值理念、基本原则到制度规范全方位与全球生态环境治理互动共融,经历了由参与者到引领者的角色转变。生态环境法典编纂开启中国引领世界环境治理秩序的新篇章,其至少应在四个维度实现示范引领作用:理念维度,以国际通行的法律语言“可持续发展”表达中国生态文明建设的世界贡献;价值维度,以“共同体”理念为指引,采用中国式话语表达全人类共同价值;原则维度,对国际环境法原则进行转化适用和创新发展;创新维度,充分发挥涉外法治的桥梁纽带作用,统筹推进国内法治与涉外法治。Building an ecological civilization is crucial to the future of the mankind.Ecological and environmental problems are common challenges for all humankind as well as main objects of global gov⁃ernance.China's codification of the environment law,which confirms,protects,and advances the pro⁃gress of human ecological civilization via the environmental code and the method of rule of law,represents a significant legal move for China to participate in and lead the global environmental governance system.Co-building a global ecological civilization is a principle that must be upheld in the codification of China's environmental law.The building of China's modern environmental law began under the awakening of global environmental crises,evolved through independent exploration integrated with global trends,and has now shaped a new model of global ecological governance.This marks China's historic transition from a participant to a leader in the global governance on environment,showcasing a rich and dynamic land⁃scape:global environmental governance provides a broad backdrop for the development of China's envi⁃ronmental rule of law,while China plays an increasingly pivotal role in shaping the global environmental governance system.This signifies the changes in the way that China takes part in the global environmental governance:from a unidirectional model of“incorporating international consensus into domestic imple⁃mentation”to a multidimensional approach of“contributing domestic experience to global exploration.”It also highlights environmental legislation as a concentrated expression of China's engagement with global environmental governance.The codification of China's environmental law presents a valuable opportunity and direction for deeper dialogue and exchange between China and global environmental governance.These invaluable experiences should be cherished and further amplified.The journey China has undertaken in global environmental governance also represents a rediscovery of its traditional ecologica
