Interview with Academician Gu Yudong

摘　　要：顾玉东院士是我国著名的手外科、显微外科专家,从事手外科与显微外科工作60余年,在臂丛与周围神经损伤的诊治方面有6项成果为国际首创,使我国在臂丛疾病的诊治方面处于国际领先地位。顾院士一直担任复旦大学附属华山医院手外科主任,将学科建设发展作为己任;他非常重视医护人员的思想道德教育,强调要做一名合格的医生,首先要学会做"人",要把个人融入集体之中,要有全心全意为人民服务的红心。作为《中华手外科杂志》的总编及本刊顾问,顾院士也一直关心手外科、显微外科专业学术期刊的发展。杂志委托复旦大学附属华山医院徐雷教授团队,对顾院士进行了一次面对面的访谈,现将本次访谈内容整理如下。Academician Gu Yudong is a renowned expert in hand surgery and microsurgery in China.He has been engaged in hand surgery and microsurgery for over 60 years and has achieved 6 international firsts in the diagnosis and treatment of brachial plexus and peripheral nerve injuries,placing China at the forefront of the diagnosis and treatment of brachial plexus diseases.Academician Gu has been serving as the director of the Department of Hand Surgery at Huashan Hospital affiliated of Fudan University,taking the development of the discipline as his own responsibility;Academician Gu attaches great importance to the ideological and moral education of medical staff,emphasizing that to become a qualified doctor,one must first learn to be a"person",integrate oneself into the collective,and have a heart of serving the people wholeheartedly.
