摘 要:为探究Y_(2)O_(3)陶瓷型壳应用于某型燃气轮机IN6203DS定向凝固镍基高温合金(以下简称“IN6203DS合金”)低压工作叶片制备的可行性,采用Y_(2)O_(3)粉作为陶瓷型壳的面层材料制备Y_(2)O_(3)陶瓷型壳,基于工业级精铸试验研究了IN6203DS合金/Y_(2)O_(3)陶瓷型壳界面反应行为,明晰了合金熔体与陶瓷型壳间的相互作用机制。结果表明:IN6203DS合金/Y_(2)O_(3)陶瓷型壳界面反应的发生归结为物理渗透和化学反应的协同作用。反应后的IN6203DS合金表面有轻微黏砂,其界面反应层厚度约为4~8μm,包括外层的型壳混合部分扩散到界面的合金氧化物和内层的富Hf氧化物。反应后的型壳面层有剥落,其界面反应层厚度约10~20μm。因此,Y_(2)O 3陶瓷型壳可满足某型燃气轮机IN6203DS合金的研制需求。To explore the possibility of applying Y_(2)O_(3)ceramic shells in the preparation of IN6203DS directionally solidified Ni-base superalloy(hereinafter referred to as IN6203DS alloy)low-pressure working blades for a certain type of gas turbines,Y_(2)O_(3)ceramic shells were prepared using Y_(2)O_(3)powder as the surface layer material.The interfacial reaction behavior between IN6203DS alloy and Y_(2)O_(3)ceramic shells was investigated through industrial scale precision casting experiments.The interaction mechanism between the alloy melt and the ceramic shells was clarified.The results show that the interfacial reaction between IN6203DS alloy and Y_(2)O_(3)ceramic shells is attributed to the synergistic effect of physical penetration and chemical reaction.After reaction,the IN6203DS alloy exhibits slight sand adhesion on the surface,with the interfacial reaction layer thickness of approximately 4-8μm.The layer includes an outer layer of alloy oxides diffused from the shells into the interface and an inner Hf oxide-rich laye.The shell surface layer shows peeling,with the thickness of the interfacial reaction layer of approximately 10-20μm.Therefore,the Y_(2)O_(3)ceramic shells can satisfy the development requirements of IN6203DS alloy for a certain type of gas turbines.
