摘 要:为解决天然Mg_(2)SiO_(4)中杂质生成的低熔点相导致MgO-Mg_(2)SiO_(4)质材料抗渣性下降的问题,以La_(2)O_(3)为添加剂,Mg_(2)SiO_(4)与电熔镁砂为主要原料制备MgO-Mg_(2)SiO_(4)质耐火材料,研究了La_(2)O_(3)添加量(质量分数分别为0、1%、2%、3%)对MgO-Mg_(2)SiO_(4)质耐火材料物相组成、显微结构、力学性能以及抗渣(NaF与Na_(2)SO_(4))侵蚀性能的影响,并结合热力学计算揭示了侵蚀过程中材料物相变化规律。结果表明:在MgO-Mg_(2)SiO_(4)质耐火材料中添加适量La_(2)O_(3)可以促进材料烧结,提升材料的致密度。当La_(2)O_(3)的添加量达到2%(w)时,试样的显气孔率最低,耐压强度最高,材料的抗NaF与Na_(2)SO_(4)侵蚀性能也得到了显著改善。The formation of low melting point phases from impurities in natural Mg_(2)SiO_(4)reduces the slag resistance of MgO-Mg_(2)SiO_(4)materials.To solve the problem,MgO-Mg_(2)SiO_(4)refractories were prepared using Mg_(2)SiO_(4)and fused magnesia as main raw materials,and La_(2)O_(3)as an additive.The effects of the La_(2)O_(3)addition(0,1%,2%and 3%,by mass)on the phase composition,microstructure,mechanical properties and slag corrosion resistance(e.g.,against NaF and Na_(2)SO_(4))of the refractories were studied.The phase transformation law of the materials during corrosion was revealed combined with thermodynamic calculations.The results show that an appropriate addition of La_(2)O_(3)can promote sintering and improve the density of the MgO-Mg_(2)SiO_(4)materials.The sample with 2%La_(2)O_(3)has the lowest apparent porosity and the highest cold compressive strength as well as significantly improved resistance against NaF and Na_(2)SO_(4)corrosion.
