摘 要:为提高红外辐射性能,降低生产成本,以硅铁系尾渣为原料,制备了2种红外辐射涂料,并通过喷涂法喷涂至硅砖表面,经1300℃保温2 h,制备了高温红外辐射涂层。研究了流变助剂的种类(乙基纤维素、丙烯酸树脂)、固相质量分数(40%、50%、60%、70%)对涂料流变性能的影响,并测试了涂层的物相组成与红外辐射性能。结果表明:1)低剪切速率下(≤0.1 s^(-1)),丙烯酸树脂流变助剂制备的涂料黏度随固相质量分数增加急剧增大,且随剪切速率增加急剧减小,表现出典型的剪切变稀特性,固相质量分数为50%时,线性黏弹区较宽,储能模量高于损耗模量,涂料具有较好的结构稳定性。2)高剪切速率下(≥100 s^(-1)),乙基纤维素流变助剂制备的涂料黏度随固相质量分数增加显著增大,且高于丙烯酸树脂体系涂料的。3)丙烯酸树脂体系涂层红外发射率更高,近红外、中红外平均发射率分别为0.89和0.9。且在红外波段(1~8μm)下,平均发射率高达0.94,在工业窑炉上表现出良好的应用前景。To enhance the infrared radiation performance and reduce production costs,two infrared radiation coatings were prepared using Si-Fe tailings as the main raw material.The coatings were sprayed onto silica brick surfaces and heat-treated at 1300℃for 2 h to form high-temperature infrared radiation coatings.The effects of rheological additive types(ethylcellulose and acrylic resin)and solid phase mass fractions(40%,50%,60%,and 70%)on the rheological properties of the coatings were investigated,and the phase composition and infrared radiation performance of the coatings were characterized.The results show that:(1)at low shear rates(≤0.1 s^(-1)),the viscosity of coatings with acrylic resin as the rheological additive increases sharply with the solid phase mass fraction increasing,and decreases rapidly with the increasing shear rate,exhibiting typical shear-thinning behavior;when the solid phase mass fraction is 50%,the coatings have a wider linear viscoelastic region and a higher storage modulus than loss modulus,indicating excellent structural stability;(2)at high shear rates(≥100 s^(-1)),the viscosity of coatings with ethylcellulose as the rheological additive increases significantly with the solid phase mass fraction increasing,and is higher than that of the acrylic resin system;(3)the acrylic resin-based coatings demonstrate superior infrared radiation performance,with average near-infrared and mid-infrared emissivities of 0.89 and 0.90,respectively;in the infrared band(1-8μm),the average emissivity reaches 0.94,showing promising applications in industrial furnaces.
