摘 要:为了提高SiO_(2)气凝胶在高温下的隔热性能,以溶胶-凝胶两步法制备SiO_(2)前驱体溶液,将遮光剂Fe_(2)O_(3)粉末添加到SiO_(2)前驱体溶液中,结合二氧化碳超临界干燥技术,制备出Fe_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)复合气凝胶,探究Fe_(2)O_(3)遮光剂的添加(Fe_(2)O_(3)外加质量分数分别为0、0.2%、0.5%、1.0%和3.0%)对气凝胶的影响。结果表明:1)Fe_(2)O_(3)添加到气凝胶中,不会影响气凝胶的形貌;Fe_(2)O_(3)的添加抑制了材料因高温造成的质量损失,提高了复合材料在高温下的稳定性。2)温度低于800℃时,Fe_(2)O_(3)外加量为0.5%(w)的试样,其热导率最低,隔热性能最好;而在800~1000℃温度下,Fe_(2)O_(3)外加量为1%(w)的试样,其热导率最低,仍保持较好的纳米多孔结构。3)通过控制Fe_(2)O_(3)外加量,可以得到适用于不同温度段的复合气凝胶。To improve the thermal insulation performance of SiO_(2)aerogels at high temperatures,SiO_(2)precursor solutions were prepared via a sol-gel two-step method.Fe_(2)O_(3)powder was extra-added as an opacifier to the SiO_(2)precursor solutions with mass fractions of 0,0.2%,0.5%,1.0%,and 3.0%,and Fe_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)composite aerogels were fabricated using CO_(2)supercritical drying technology.The effects of Fe_(2)O_(3)extra-addition on the aerogels were investigated.The results show that:(1)Fe_(2)O_(3)doping does not alter the aerogel morphology;Fe_(2)O_(3)suppresses the mass loss caused by high temperatures and enhances the high-temperature stability of the composites;(2)below 800℃,the aerogel with 0.5%Fe_(2)O_(3)exhibits the lowest thermal conductivity and the best insulation performance;between 800-1000℃,the aerogel with 1%Fe_(2)O_(3)performs the lowest thermal conductivity and a good nanoporous structure;(3)by adjusting the Fe_(2)O_(3)extra-addition,composite aerogels suitable for different temperature ranges can be tailored.
