摘 要:为了实现增程式汽车的电平衡及最佳能耗,需要对发动机启停与功率分配策略进行标定与校核,但标定需要依赖于实车,无法满足前期设计阶段系统选型及能耗状态评估的需求。为了解决这个问题,文章通过AMESim物理模型与策略模型联合仿真的方法,实现了整车的能耗预测及能量管理策略的虚拟标定与优化,满足了基于能耗目标的系统选型与控制策略开发要求。文章以增程式电动轻卡为研究对象,以满足纯电续航及电平衡最佳油耗为目标,引入了电量等级划分策略,通过基于电量等级的差异化能量控制策略设计,实现纯电续航、大负荷动力性需求、电量维持能力等不同场景的能量管理需求,通过策略优化及实车验证,达成了中国工况纯电续航大于120 km的目标,实现了按最佳经济线运行并达成电平衡的最佳油耗设计。In order to achieve electric balance and optimal energy consumption of extended range vehicle,it is necessary to calibrate and verify the engine start stop and power allocation strategies.However,calibration relies on the actual vehicle and cannot meet the needs of system selection and energy consumption status evaluation in the early design stage.To solve this problem,this paper adopts the AMESim physical model and strategy model joint simulation method to achieve virtual calibration and optimization of the vehicle's energy consumption prediction and energy management strategy,meeting the requirements of system selection and control strategy development based on energy consumption goals.This paper takes extended range electric light truck as the research object,with the goal of achieving pure electric range and optimal fuel consumption for electric balance.It introduces a power level classification strategy and designs a differentiated energy control strategy based on power level to meet the energy management requirements of different scenarios such as pure electric range,high load power demand,and power maintenance ability.Through strategy optimization and real vehicle verification,the goal of pure electric range greater than 120 km in Chinese operating conditions has been achieved,and the optimal fuel consumption design for operating on the best economic line and achieving electric balance has been achieved.
