摘  要:天然气净化厂硫回收过程中因酸气压力的频繁波动,当酸气进入主燃烧炉时,酸气温度无法满足反应温度的要求,影响天然气净化质量。通过自抗扰控制技术设计酸气压力控制系统,同时利用参数稳定域构建多目标优化算法的搜索空间,从而优化自抗扰控制器参数整定。相较于临界比例度法整定控制器参数的效果,自抗扰控制技术能够减小酸气压力波动,降低其动态响应超调量,更好地保证天然气净化质量。Due to the frequent fluctuation of acid gas pressure in the process of sulfur recovery in natural gas purification plant,the acid gas temperature can t meet requirements of the reaction temperature when acid gas enters the main combustion boiler,the quality of purificated natural gas is influenced.The control system of acid gas pressure is designed by the active disturbance rejection control technology,the search space of multi-objective optimization algorithm is constructed by the parameter stability domain,the parameters tuning of active disturbance rejection controller is optimized.Compared with the effect of the critical proportion method to adjust controller parameters,the active disturbance rejection control technology can reduce the acid gas pressure fluctuation,and decrease the dynamic response overshoot,as well as better ensure the natural gas purification quality.
