基于智慧化储运罐区工业互联网平台的数字孪生技术的应用

摘　　要：随着数字孪生技术的进步,大幅推动了物联网、信息化、智能化、网络化技术的发展进程。介绍了数字孪生技术和工业互联网的概念,以及二者的关系。以某储运罐区为例,介绍了基于智慧化储运罐区工业互联网平台的数字孪生系统,并分析了该系统的架构、功能、安全保护体系。该系统通过数字孪生与智能应用深度融合,生产数据可视化及油品储运智能化,安全管理方案全方位覆盖等方式,实现智慧化罐区的建设和安全管理水平的提升。With the progress of digital twin technology,the development process of the Internet of Things,informatization,intelligence and network technology has been greatly promoted,the concept of digital twin technology and industrial Internet and the relationship between them are introduced.Taking a storage and transportation tank farm as an example,the digital twin system based on the industrial Internet platform of the intelligent storage and transportation tank farm is introduced,and the architecture,function and security protection system of the system are discussed.Through the deep integration of digital twin and intelligent application,visualization of production data,intelligent oil storage and transportation,and comprehensive coverage of safety management solutions,the system realizes the construction of intelligent tank area and the improvement of safety management.
