摘 要:近年来UPS电源故障频发,给许多企业造成了不必要的损失和影响。UPS存在着效率低、热患高、谐波重、寿命短等一系列物理缺陷,由UPS构建的高耗能型供电系统,不但造成环境恶化,还对重要负荷的安全用电构成重大威胁,给供电系统留下安全事故类重大隐患。从安全角度出发,分析了UPS中半导体模块安全隐患、蓄电池高温在线热患、UPS负荷短路故障危害;从环境角度出发,探讨了UPS供电系统所存在的问题。同时,给出了提高UPS供电系统安全可靠性的措施,并对未来新型的UPS技术提出了要求和展望。UPS power failures have occurred frequently in recent years,and unnecessary losses and impacts is caused for many enterprises.UPS has a series of physical defects,such as low efficiency,high heat risk,serious harmonic and short lifetime,etc.,the power supply system constructed with UPS is highly energy consumption,not only is the environment deteriorated,and but also serious threat is brought to safe electric application with critical load,and heavy potential hazard is left for power supply system.From the safety,the potential safety hazard of semiconductor module in UPS,battery high temperature on-line heat hazard,UPS load short-circuit fault hazard are analyzed.From the environment,the problem of UPS mainly based on UPS are discussed.Meanwhile,countermeasures for improving safety reliability of UPS power supply system are put forward,requirements and prospects for the future new uninterruptible power supply technologies are put forward.
