摘 要:安全要求规格书(SRS)是安全仪表系统(SIS)的安全生命周期中的重要文件,相关规范要求在初步设计阶段就编制初版SRS,从安全完整性等级(SIL)预验证和SIS费用估算两个方面,解释了该要求的必要性。以某一体化石化项目SRS的编制为例,针对SRS中测量部分系统精度、联锁值、安全仪表功能(SIF)回路响应时间和检验测试间隔4个关键数据,列举了若干在该项目的实际案例,详细分析了这些数据的设定原则,及这些数据对工艺设计、仪表阀门选型、SIS的设计和组态、生产装置的运行维护的影响,给出了SRS的优化建议。The safety requirements specification(SRS)is an important documentation in the safety lifecycle of safety instrumented system(SIS),related specifications require the preparation of the initial version of SRS in the preliminary design stage,the necessity of the requirement is explained from two aspects of SIL pre-validation and SIS cost estimation.Taking the preparation of SRS for an integrated petrochemical project as an example,many practical cases of the project are listed with focusing on four key data in SRS:measurement system accuracy,interlock value,SIF loop response time and inspection and testing interval.The setting principles of these data,and the influence on process design,type selection of instrument&control valve,SIS design and configuration,and process operation and maintenance of installations are analyzed in detail.The optimization suggestions for SRS are provided.
