摘　　要：介绍了在智能工厂建设中数字化交付的定位与意义,对于实施数字化交付的项目,分析交付后服务在企业工程域、生产域、安全域、设备域的应用,并探讨了数字化交付项目的技术先进性、数据质量与可用性、系统使用率、投资回报、新价值创造、用户满意度。应用表明,数字化交付的应用成熟度尚有待提高,其中通过后服务的拓展,能够显著提升应用成熟度,进一步最大化交付成果价值及投资回报。同时,对于数字化交付项目实施给予较为完整、准确的后评价,将会使数字化交付以价值驱动为导向,健康、可持续发展。The positioning and significance of digital handover in the construction of intelligent plant is introduced.For projects implementing digital handover,the application of post services in the enterprise engineering domain,production domain,security domain,and equipment domain are analyzed.technology progressiveness,data quality and availability,system usage rate,return on investment,new value creation,and user satisfaction of digital handover projects are discussed.At present,in industry practice,the maturity of digital handover applications still needs to be improved.Among them,the expansion of post service can significantly enhance the maturity of applications,further maximize the value of delivery results and investment returns.Meanwhile,providing a comprehensive and accurate post evaluation of the implementation of digital handover projects,and it will enable digital handover to be value-driven,healthy,and sustainable development.
