振动在线监测系统在LNG接收站ORV设备中的应用与实践

摘　　要：为提高LNG接收站开架式海水汽化器(ORV)运行的安全性及工作效率,在不改变ORV运行方式和设备结构的前提下,将在线振动监测系统首次应用于某LNG接收站ORV设备上。介绍了该系统的架构、工作原理、应用目标及整体方案及实施步骤。实际应用表明,该系统能够实现在中心控制室实现对ORV设备振动数据的实时监控,避免设备的运行风险,降低了ORV设备故障率,并为该系统今后在LNG接收站电动机、泵类动设备上的应用提供了借鉴。To improve the safety and work efficiency of open-shelf seawater carburetor(ORV)operation in LNG receiving station,on-line vibration monitoring system is applied in ORV equipments first time in one LNG receiving station without changing ORV operation mode and equipment structure.The framework,working principle,applying object,overall program,and implementation steps are introduced,the application implementation of the system is expounded.The actual application indicates the system can achieve real-time monitoring and control for the vibration status for ORV equipment,and the equipment operation risk is avoided,the failure rate of ORV equipment is reduced,it also lays a foundation for the application and popularization of the system in the future application of rotating equipment of electric motor,pump,etc.in LNG receiving station.
