摘　　要：口腔液标本是一种临床应用价值正在被广泛评估的新标本类型,与传统标本相比,它具有操作简便、无创、容易掌握并可自行采集等优点,可用于生化分析、感染病原和肿瘤细胞的核酸检测等,已被推荐用于某些疾病筛查和诊断。本文主要总结了口腔液及相关样本的采集方法,以及其在感染病原学诊断中的应用状况,为国内临床感染性疾病病原学检测和研究提供参考。Oral fluid specimens are a new type of specimen whose clinical application value is widely evaluated.Compared with conventional pathogen detection technology,they have the advantages of non-invasive,simple operation and self-collection.They can be used for biochemical analysis,nucleic acid detection of infectious pathogens and tumor cells,and have been recommended for screening and diagnosis of certain diseases.This article mainly summarizes the collection methods of oral fluid and related samples,as well as their application in the diagnosis of infectious pathogens,providing a reference for the detection and research of clinical infectious disease etiology in China.
