摘　　要：社会沟通情境与共识建构环境发生的双重嬗递,寓意着当下亟须对沟通与共识的互动关系开展新的思考。作为数字交流沟通与社会共识形成的关系空间,媒介化治理是二者联结与嵌入的关键场域。文章通过梳理媒介化社会中数字沟通与共识整合之间的互动脉络、链接效应及共生关系,形成二者相互影响、彼此形塑的现实推论。同时,积极回应二者在公共治理中的层叠关系与功能取向,致力于建构一条以数字技术和媒介化为驱动的“沟通—共识”联袂进路体系,助力推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化。The double transmutation of the social communication context and the consensus building environment signifies the urgent need for new thinking about the interaction between communication and consensus.As a relational space of digital communication and social consensus formation,mediated governance is the key field in which the two are linked and embedded.The article investigates the interactive context,linkage effect,and symbiotic relationship between digital communication and consensus integration in mediatized societies,based on which it draws inferences about their mutual influence and shaping of each other's reality.At the same time,it responds positively to the overlapping relationship and functional orientation of the two sides in public governance,and is dedicated to constructing a"communication-consensus"joint approach system driven by digitalization and mediatization to promote the modernization of the national governance capacity and system.
