银川市ICU患者早期活动实施现状及影响因素的调查研究

摘　　要：目的调查银川市ICU患者早期活动实施现状并分析其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法,于2024年1月5日选择银川市6所医院25个成人ICU的222例患者为研究对象,采用自行设计的ICU患者早期活动实施现况调查表进行为期1 d的时点调查。结果ICU患者早期活动开展率为25.7%,活动级别落实率为61.4%,实施活动级别以一级和二级床上主被动活动为主。二元Logistic回归分析结果显示,是否配备康复治疗师、ICU住院天数、是否使用血管活性药物、呼吸支持方式是影响ICU患者早期活动实施的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论银川市ICU患者早期活动开展率低,活动级别落实率较低,实施活动水平较低,未来还需进一步探讨以护士为主导的早期活动方案的制订、家属参与患者早期活动等问题,为提高ICU患者早期活动开展率及实施水平提供参考依据。Objective To investigate the status quo of early mobilization implementation in ICU patients in Yinchuan city and analyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of 222 patients from 25 adult ICUs in 6 hospitals in Yinchuan,Ningxia were selected as subjects on January 5,2024 by convenience sampling method.A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the prevalence of early mobilization of ICU patients for one day.Results The rate of early mobilization in ICU patients was 25.7%,and the implementation rate of activity level was 61.4%.The primary and secondary bedridden active and passive activities were the main mobilization levels.Binary logistic regression analysis showed that the availability of rehabilitation therapists,length of stay in ICU,use of vasoactive drugs and respiratory support were the main factors affecting the implementation of early mobilization in ICU patients.Conclusion The implementation rate of early mobilization in ICU patients in Yinchuan city is low,and the level of activity implementation is low.In the future,it is necessary to further explore the formulation of nursery-led early mobilization program and family members’participation in early activities of patients,so as to provide reference for improving the implementation rate and implementation level of early mobilization in ICU patients.
