终末期心力衰竭患儿植入左心室辅助装置的术后护理

摘　　要：总结5例终末期心力衰竭患儿植入左心室辅助装置的术后护理经验。针对患儿心腔和胸腔容积小导致左心室辅助装置植入术后易发生左右心室容量负荷不平衡、右心室衰竭、出血与血栓、泵体移位、运动能力下降等问题,采取血泵转速滴定、优化容量负荷、实施系统化抗凝管理、体位管理、强化Ⅰ期心脏康复训练等措施。经过精心治疗与护理,5例患儿均康复出院,预后良好。To summarize the postoperative nursing experience of 5 children with end-stage heart failure undergoing the implantation of left ventricular assist devices.In view of the problems of left and right ventricular volume load mismatch,right ventricular failure,hemorrhage and thrombosis,pump displacement,and decreased exercise capacity after left ventricular assist device implantation caused by small cardiac cavity and thoracic cavity volume in the child,measures such as blood pump rotation titration,optimization of volume load,systematic anticoagulation management,position management,and strengthening phase I cardiac rehabilitation training were taken.After careful treatment and nursing,all 5 cases were discharged from hospital with good prognosis.
