摘　　要：总结1例鼻咽癌放疗后继发颅底骨坏死合并侵袭性曲霉菌感染患者的护理体会。护理要点:鼻咽部大出血的风险预控管理,实施预见性护理;碳酸氢钠鼻腔冲洗护理,控制鼻咽部曲霉菌感染;个性化吞咽康复功能锻炼,改善患者进食呛咳;以目标能量为导向制订营养支持策略,改善患者营养状况。经过26 d积极治疗与精心护理,患者康复出院。To summarize the nursing experience of a patient with skull base osteonecrosis complicated with invasive aspergillosis after radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC).The main points of nursing care included early warning and risk pre-control management of nasopharynx massive hemorrhage,sodium bicarbonate nasal irrigation combined with systemic antifungal therapy to control aspergillus infection,the target energy oriented nutritional support strategy,early swallowing rehabilitation exercise to reduce the patient’s choking.After 26 days of active treatment and careful nursing,the patient recovered and was discharged.
