摘　　要：磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶/蛋白激酶B(phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/protein kinase B,PI3K/AKT)信号通路通过介导级联放大效应,调控下游靶蛋白及基因表达网络,深度参与母胎界面功能稳态的维持:包括促进血管生成、调节子宫内膜蜕膜化进程、平衡滋养层细胞增殖/凋亡动态、优化母胎界面免疫微环境以及稳定葡萄糖代谢等关键环节,其信号传导异常与不明原因复发性流产(unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion,URSA)发生发展密切相关。中药可以单体、活性成分、组分配伍及复方体系等多模态形式靶向调控PI3K/AKT信号轴,通过模拟激素生理效应、清除氧化应激产物、重塑免疫耐受格局及改善蜕膜血管网络等整合作用机制,实现对URSA的多层次防治。The phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/protein kinase B(PI3K/AKT)signaling pathway is deeply involved in the maintenance of functional homeostasis at the maternal-fetal interface by mediating cascade amplification effects and regulating downstream target proteins and gene expression networks,including promotion of angiogenesis,regulation of endometrial metaplasia,optimization of the immune microenvironment at the maternal-fetal interface,and stabilization of glucose metabolism.It is involved in the maintenance of functional homeostasis at the maternal-fetal interface,including the promotion of angiogenesis,regulation of endometrial metaplasia,balance of trophoblast proliferation/apoptosis,optimization of the immune microenvironment at the maternal-fetal interface,and stabilization of glucose metabolism,etc.Abnormalities in signaling are closely related to the occurrence and development of unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion(URSA).Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)can target and regulate the PI3K/AKT signaling axis in the form of monomers,active ingredients,component combinations and compound systems,and achieve multi-level prevention and treatment of URSA by integrating the mechanisms of hormone mimicry,scavenging of oxidative stress products,remodeling of the immune tolerance pattern,and improvement of the ecdysteroidal vascular network.
