基于“正邪理论”探讨铁死亡在胃癌进展中的作用

摘　　要：胃癌是我国常见的消化道肿瘤之一,其发病过程较为隐匿。正邪理论是中医认识疾病病程、病势的宏观性思维模式,正邪对立及正邪转化决定胃癌进程及结果。铁死亡作为一种特殊的细胞程序化死亡方式,在胃癌的进展中起重要作用。通过靶向诱导胃癌细胞铁死亡,能有效延缓胃癌进展。在胃癌发生发展过程中,铁死亡对胃癌的双向调节作用与中医正邪理论异曲同工。在正邪理论的指导下,结合目前铁死亡的相关实验和理论研究,从正邪交争、相互对立和正邪一体、相互转化两个角度,以扶正固本法及祛邪抑毒、纠邪复正法治疗胃癌,目的在于使铁死亡过程精准靶向胃癌细胞。随着对铁死亡微观机制研究的不断深入,正邪理论有望成为剖析复杂铁死亡调控网络的理论基石。Gastric cancer is one of the common digestive tract tumors in China,and its pathogenesis is relatively insidious.The Zheng Xie theory is the macroscopic thinking mode of Chinese medicine to recognize the disease process and situation,and the opposition between Zheng and Xie and the transformation of them determine the process and outcome of gastric cancer.Iron death,as a special way of programmed cell death,plays an important role in the progression of gastric cancer.By targeting and inducing iron death of gastric cancer cells,gastric cancer progression can be effectively delayed.In the process of gastric cancer development,the bi-directional regulation of iron death on gastric cancer is like the theory of Zheng Xie theory in Chinese medicine.Under the guidance of the Zheng Xie theory,combining with the experimental and theoretical research on ferroptosis,from the perspectives of Zheng-Xie competition and mutual antagonism as well as Zheng-Xie integration and mutual transformation,the treatment of gastric cancer with the method of strengthening Zheng to support the root and the method of eliminating evil factors and inhibiting Toxins as well as correcting Xie and restoring Zheng is carried out,aiming at targeting the process of ferroptosis to the gastric cancer cells accurately.With the deepening research on the microscopic mechanism of iron death,the Zheng Xie theory is expected to become the theoretical cornerstone for analyzing the complex iron death regulation network and give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine,to provide theoretical support for the construction of a new strategy of combining traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in the prevention and treatment of gastric cancer.
