摘　　要：儿童重症肺炎支原体肺炎病机特点为本虚标实。本虚为脏腑亏虚,以肺脾气阴两虚为病机关键;标实为邪毒侵袭,湿、热、痰、瘀为主要病理因素,四者内蕴为毒。故“本虚毒蕴”为儿童重症肺炎支原体肺炎的核心病机。临证应分期论治,急性期清热燥湿、化痰散瘀以祛毒;缓解期益气健脾、养阴益肺以扶正,同时不忘顾护脾胃,培土生金以益肺。The pathogenesis of severe mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children is characterized by deficiency in root and excess in symptom.The deficiency in root means deficiency in internal organs,with Lung and Spleen Qi and Yin deficiency as the key pathogenesis;the excess in symptom means the attack of evil factor and Toxin,with Dampness,Heat,Phlegm,and stasis as the main pathological factors,since the four can be accumulated into Toxin.Therefore,the core pathogenesis of severe mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children is the"deficiency in root with Toxin accumulation".The clinical treatment should be carried out by stages.In the acute stage,methods of clearing Heat and relieving Dampness as well as resolving Phlegm and dispersing stasis can be used to dispel Toxin;in the relieving stage,methods of benefiting Qi and strengthening the Spleen as well as nourishing Yin and benefiting the Lung can be applied to support the Zheng Qi of the body.At the same time,taking care of the Spleen and Stomach as well as tonifying Lung by nourishing the Spleen and Stomach,to support the function of the Lung.
