从“五脏-玄府”辨治汗证

摘　　要：多汗症的发病机制与五脏、玄府功能失常密切相关。五脏受损,玄府失于濡养是汗证的核心病机。五脏虚实所致内玄府因虚或因实而闭塞,或外玄府失养而开泄无度,皆可致汗出异常。从“五脏-玄府”理论辨治汗证,当以平调五脏、通养玄府为治则,病证结合,灵活运用开郁通玄、安神濡玄、化湿开玄、益气固玄、泻火养玄等治法治疗汗证。用药上,对内应注重应用辛味药以直接开内玄布津,对外应注重应用涩味药以固外玄止汗,同时注意补虚药对玄府的濡养作用。The pathogenesis of hyperhidrosis is closely related to the malfunction of the Five Zang and Xuan Fu.Damage to the Five Zang and supporting failure of the Xuan Fu is the core pathogenesis of hyperhidrosis.When the internal Xuan Fu is blocked due to the deficiency or excess of the Five Zang,or when the external Xuan Fu is not nourished and suffers from inappropriate opening and excreting,abnormal sweating is caused.when treating hyperhidrosis from the theory of"Five Zang-Xuan Fu",adjusting the balance of the Five Zang and nourishing the Xuan Fu as the principle.By combining the information of the disease with the syndrome,we should flexibly utilize the treatment methods of solving Qi depression to open the Xuan Fu,tranquilizing the spirit to moisten the Xuan Fu,dispelling Dampness to open the Xuan Fu,benefiting Qi to solidify the Xuan Fu as well as purging the Fire to nourish the Xuan Fu.In terms of medication,in the internal level,the application of pungent medicines is emphasized to open the internal Xuan Fu and spread the Fluids,while in the external level,the application of astringent medicines is emphasized to solidify the external Xuan Fu and stop sweating,and attention should be paid to the moistening and nourishing effect of deficiency tonic medicines on the Xuan Fu.
