针刺任脉经穴辨治恢复期中风

摘　　要：恢复期中风的病机属本虚标实,以脏腑气血亏虚为本,风火痰瘀为标,本虚共存,互相影响。恢复期中风后期经脉气血演变可出现多种转归,或由深出浅,表现为诸邪渐消,正气自复而疾病向愈;或由轻渐重,表现为风邪横窜经络,挟痰挟瘀,脉络淤滞,转为筋痹。任脉贯通三焦,联系五脏六腑,既可调理全身脏腑之气,又能补虚培元,鼓舞肾间动气,使虚滞气血得以正常运行。针刺任脉经穴治疗中风,可以平衡阴阳,调理气血,温煦脏腑,更加切合中风恢复期的病机特点,弥补十二经脉气血不足之短板,进一步增强针灸治疗中风的临床疗效。The pathogenesis of convalescent stroke is the deficiency in root and the excess in symptoms,with the deficiency of Qi and blood of Zang and Fu in the root as well as the Wind,Fire,Phlegm and blood stasis in symptoms.The coexistence of both affects each other.In the later stage of stroke recovery,there may be multiple changes in the evolution of meridian Qi and blood,or from deep level to shallow,or manifested as the gradual disappearance of various evils,the restoration of Zheng Qi and the recovery of the disease;Or it may progress from mild to severe,manifested as Wind evil factor crossing the meridians,with Phlegm and blood stasis obstructing the meridians and turning into tendon Bi(similar to rheumatism).The Ren meridian connects the Three Jiao and connects the Five Zang and Six Fu.It can not only regulate the Qi of the whole body′s organs,but also nourish the deficiency and nourish the Essence,stimulate the Dong Qi between of the Kidney,and enable the normal operation body away from deficiency and stagnation Qi acupoints.Acupuncture of Ren meridian and acupoints for stroke can balance Yin and Yang,regulate Qi and blood,warm the Zang and Fu organs,more closely match the pathogenesis characteristics of convalescent stroke,make up for the deficiency of Qi and blood in the twelve meridians,and further enhance the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating stroke.
