越鞠丸的现代临床应用及作用机制研究进展

摘　　要：越鞠丸出自元代医家朱丹溪所著《丹溪心法》,方由香附、川芎、苍术、神曲、栀子五味药物组成,具有抗抑郁、保护心脏及血管、调节胃肠道、调节代谢功能、降低血糖血脂等作用,广泛应用于神经系统疾病、消化系统疾病、心脑血管疾病、内分泌疾病、肾脏疾病、皮肤病、儿科疾病、妇科疾病等,疗效显著。目前,越鞠丸的临床应用与作用机制研究多集中于抑郁情志类疾病、消化系统疾病及心脑血管疾病等,针对妇科疾病、儿科疾病、肾脏疾病等疗效确切病种的临床观察尚少,作用机制研究相对不足,今后可以此为切入点深入探讨越鞠丸的作用机制,以期为其临床应用提供现代理论基础与科学依据。The prescription of YuejüPill was created in Dan Xi Xin Fa,which was written by Zhu Danxi,a medical doctor in the Yuan Dynasty.The prescription consists of five medicines,namely,Xiangfu(Cyperus rotundus),Chuanxiong(Ligusticum wallichii),Cangzhu(Rhizoma atractylodis),Shenqu(Medicated leaven)and Zhizi(Gardenia).It has the effects of antidepressant,protecting heart and blood vessels,regulating gastrointestinal tract,regulating metabolic function,lowering blood sugar and blood lipid,etc.It is widely used in neurological diseases,digestive diseases,cardiovascular and cerebral vascular diseases,endocrine diseases,renal diseases,dermatological diseases,pediatrics diseases,and gynecological diseases,with remarkable therapeutic effects.At present,the clinical application and mechanism of action of YuejüPills are mostly focused on depression,digestive diseases and cardiovascular diseases,etc.,and the clinical observation of gynecological diseases,pediatric diseases,renal diseases and other diseases with precise efficacy is still scarce,and the mechanism of action is relatively understudied,so the mechanism of action of YuejüPills can be discussed in depth in the future,with the aim of providing a modern theoretical basis and scientific evidence for its clinical application,to provide modern theoretical foundation and scientific basis for its clinical application.
