摘　　要：膝关节滑膜炎病因有内外之分,内因多为肾肝脾亏虚,筋脉失养;外因多与损伤、风寒湿热之邪侵袭关节相关,临床常内外因合而致病。辨证分为肝肾亏虚兼寒湿痹阻、肝肾亏虚兼湿热痹阻、痰瘀痹阻及创伤。治疗多以杜仲、牛膝、山茱萸等补益肝肾,以独活、防风、秦艽、防己、滑石、薏苡仁等祛风除湿,以桃仁、红花、当归等活血化瘀,以陈皮、半夏、白芥子等祛痰通络,辅以中药局部外治,攻补兼施,内外结合。The etiology of gonarthromeningitis can be divided into internal and external causes.The internal causes are mostly deficiency of Kidney,Liver and Spleen induced loss of nourishment of tendons and meridians;the external causes are mostly related to injuries as well as Wind,Cold,Dampness and Heat evil factors invading the joints.The disease is often caused by a combination of internal and external causes.It is usually caused by a combination of internal and external causes.The syndrome type in diagnosis can be divided into deficiency of the Liver and Kidney with Cold-Dampness stagnation,deficiency of the Liver and Kidney with Dampness-Heat stagnation,Phlegm and stasis blocking,and trauma.Treatment includes tonifying the Liver and Kidney with Duzhong(Eucommia),Nouxi(Achyranthes bidentata)and Shanzhuyu(Dogberry),dispelling Wind and removing Dampness with Duhuo(Radix angelicae tuhuo),Fangfeng(Radices sileris),Qinjiao(Gentiana),Fangji(Radix stephaniae tetrandrae),Huashi(Talc)and Yiyiren(Coix seed),activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis with Taoren(Peach kernel),Honghua(Safflower)and Danggui(Angelica),as well as dispelling Phlegm and clearing up collaterals with Chenpi(Dried tangerine peel),Banxia(Pinellia ternata)and Baijiezi(Semen brassicae),complementing with localized external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.It is a combination in treatment of both internal and external factors with combination of attacking and tonifying method.
