摘　　要：目的:分析袁海波辨治室性早搏的遣方用药规律,总结袁海波治疗本病的临床经验,为拓宽室性早搏的治疗思路提供参考。方法:分析袁海波2014年1月至2020年12月治疗室性早搏的医案处方260个,共计176味中药进行药类、应用频次、性味、归经分析统计,采用SPSS Modeler 18.0、SPSS Statistic 23.0软件进行关联规则和聚类分析,总结处方中药物组合和核心组方。结果:袁海波治疗室性早搏多用补气药、补阴药、安神药、活血化瘀药、理气药和祛湿化痰药,药味多甘、苦、辛,归经则以心、脾经为主,兼有肝、肾、胃、肺经,使用单药频次最高的参类、黄芪、茯苓、白术、甘草、酸枣仁、麦冬,高频药对为牡蛎-龙骨(100%),柏子仁-酸枣仁(100%),丹参-檀香(100%),茯苓-白术(99.61%),柏子仁-山茱萸(97.03%),徐长卿-紫石英(96.99%);常用角药为檀香-炒枳壳-丹参(100%),合欢皮-牡蛎-龙骨(100%),龙眼肉-牡蛎-龙骨(100%),徐长卿-柏子仁-紫石英(99.08%),徐长卿-黄芪-紫石英(99.08%)。核心处方药物为“龙骨-牡蛎-酸枣仁-紫石英-徐长卿-山茱萸-柏子仁-龙眼肉”,结合袁海波本人意见,认为治疗本病当分清“心神失养”和“心神不安”两大虚实病机,秉持“养神”或“安神”的治疗原则。结论:袁海波治疗室性早搏以调理气血为治神之根本,协调脏腑之功能为基础达到治神的目的,临证以“龙骨-牡蛎-酸枣仁-紫石英-徐长卿-山茱萸-柏子仁-龙眼肉”为经验处方,处方用药可因患者症状表现或证候不同加减。Objective:To analyze Yuan Haibo′s prescription and medication rules in the treatment of premature ventricular contractions,summarize Yuan Haibo′s clinical experience in the treatment of this disease,and provide a reference for broadening the ideas of the treatment of premature ventricular contractions.Methods:260 prescriptions of Yuan Haibo′s medical cases for the treatment of premature ventricular contractions from January 2014 to December 2020 were analyzed,and a total of 176 traditional Chinese medicines were analyzed and counted for their medicinal categories,application frequency,sexual flavors,and attribution,and association rules and cluster analyses were carried out using the software of SPSS Modeler 18.0 and SPSS Statistic 23.0 to summarize the combinations of medicines in the prescriptions and core The drug combinations and core group prescriptions were summarized.Results:Yuan Haibo treated ventricular premature beats with Qi tonic,Yin tonic,tranquilizer,blood circulation and blood stasis activator,Qi regulator and Phlegm expectorant,mostly sweet,bitter,and pungent,and the meridian tropism were Heart and Spleen meridians,as well as Liver,Kidney,Stomach and Lung meridians.Highest frequency of use of single drugs:Renshen(ginseng),Huangqi(Astragalus),Baizhu(Atractylodes Macrocephalae),Gancao(liquorice),Suanzaoren(Seed of wild jujube),Maidong(Ophiopogonis);High Frequency Drug Pairs:Muli-Longgu(Oyster-Ossa draconis)(100%),Baiziren-Suanzaoren(Platycladi seed-Seed of wild jujube)(100%),Danshen-Tanxiang(Salviae Miltiorrhizae-Sandalwood)(100%),Fuling-Baizhu(Poria-Atractylodes Macrocephalae)(99.61%),Baiziren-Shanzhuyu(Platycladi seed-Dogwood)(97.03%),Xuchangqing-Zishiying(Paniculate swallowwort root-Fluorite)(96.99%);Commonly used three-drug combinations:Tanxiang-Chaozhiqiao-Danshen(Sandalwood-fried citrus fructus-Salviae Miltiorrhizae)(100%),Hehuanpi-Muli-Longgu(Cortex albiziae-Oyster-Ossa draconis)(100%),Xuchangqing-Baiziren-Zishiying(Paniculate swallowwort root-Platycladi seed-Fluorite)(99.08%).The core
