清代湖湘名医罗国纲“引气归原”法学术特色  

Academic Characteristics of the Method of"Guiding Qi Back to Its Origin"by LUO Guogang,a Renowned Doctor in Huxiang Region during the Qing Dynasty

摘　　要：从《罗氏会约医镜》中所载病证怔忡和喘促入手,基于罗国纲所创新方滋阴静镇汤和大补真阴汤以探讨其“引气归原”法学术特色。罗国纲在运用“引气归原”法时认识到气不归原证的出现以阴精虚损为本,宗气气机紊乱为标,治疗时脾肾兼顾,以滋补肾阴为本,配伍补阳药以温精化气,补脾养胃药以促气血生化,内合收涩药、沉降药,五药并用以引气归原,为“引归法”的中医临床运用提供了新思路。Starting from the diseases of palpitations and shortness of breath recorded in Luo's Huiyue Yijing,this paper explores the academic characteristics of the method of"guiding Qi back to its origin"based on the newly-invented prescriptions Ziyin Jingzhen Decoction(滋阴静镇汤)and Dabu Zhenyin Decoction(大补真阴汤)by LUO Guogang.When applying the method of"guiding Qi back to its origin",LUO Guogang recognized that the occurrence of the syndrome of Qi not returning to its origin is essentially due to the deficiency of Yin essence and superficially due to the disorder of Zong Qi and Qi machinery.In the treatment,the spleen and kidney are taken into account,and the nourishing of kidney Yin is the basis.The combination of Yang-tonifying drugs to warm the essence and transform it into Qi,spleen-tonifying and stomach-nourishing drugs to promote the production of Qi and blood,and the internal combination of astringent drugs and settling drugs.The five types of drugs were used together to guide Qi back to its origin,providing new ideas for the clinical application of the"guiding back method"in traditional Chinese medicine.
