摘 要:目的以树脂吸附率、富集液固含量、人参皂苷Rb_(3)含量及总皂苷总量为指标,确认三七叶总皂苷树脂纯化工艺中D101型大孔吸附树脂再生工艺及使用寿命,为产业化生产提供数据支持。方法利用高效液相色谱法和紫外分光光度法,考察D101型大孔吸附树脂在连续使用期间及强化再生处理后的指标成分变化趋势。结果连续使用24批后发现上样流出液及水洗流出液中均未见皂苷类成分泄漏,树脂吸附率未见下降,富集液中固含量、人参皂苷Rb_(3)及总皂苷总量均未见明显下降趋势,并且在每次酸碱强化再生后树脂柱吸附性能明显提升。结论当前再生工艺可以有效再生树脂,使用寿命为至少使用24批。Objective To confirm the regeneration process and service life of D101 type macroporous resin in the resin purification process of Panax notoginseng leaf total saponins,using resin adsorption rate,solid content in the enriched solution,ginsenoside Rb_(3)content,and total saponin content as indicators,to provide data support for industrial production.Methods The changes in the indicator components of D101 type macroporous resin during continuous use and after enhanced regeneration treatment were investigated using high-performance liquid chromatography and ultraviolet spectrophotometry.Results After 24 consecutive batches,no leakage of saponins was observed in the sample effluent and water-washed effluent,and the resin adsorption rate did not decrease.The solid content in the enriched solution,ginsenoside Rb_(3),and total saponin content did not show a significant downward trend,and the adsorption performance of the resin column significantly improved after each acid-base enhanced regeneration.Conclusion The current regeneration process can effectively regenerate the resin,and the service life is at least 24 batches.
