摘　　要：目的通过对古籍文献考证及现代研究的整理,为龙江道地药材青龙衣的临床应用提供参考依据。方法通过中国知网、万方数据、维普网、PubMed等工具检索国内外数据库(时间截至2024年3月),收集有关青龙衣古代医籍和现代临床应用文献进行归纳总结,探究青龙衣的现代临床研究现状及发展趋势。结果各古籍对青龙衣的性味归经和功效主治记载基本一致,均认为其性寒味苦,具有清热解毒、消肿止痛的功效,在古籍中广泛应用于热毒疮疡、跌打损伤、风湿痹痛、瘰疬结核等多种疾病。青龙衣具有抗肿瘤、抗炎、镇痛等作用,但不同炮制方可能影响其代谢水平及毒副作用。结论通过对青龙衣的古籍文献考证及现代临床应用的归纳梳理,以期为龙江道地药材的研发应用提供更科学的参考。Objective By collating ancient literature and modern pharmacological research,this paper aims to provide a reference basis for the clinical application of the local medicinal material Qinglongyi in Heilongjiang province.Methods Domestic and foreign databases were searched through tools such as CNKI,Wanfang,and PubMed(up to March 2024)to collect ancient medical books and clinical application literature related to Qinglongyi.Information on its nature,taste,meridian tropism,efficacy,and main indications was extracted from ancient books and classified and organized.Summary analysis was conducted to explore the current status and development trend of its clinical research.Results The ancient books have basically consistent records on the nature,taste,meridian tropism,and efficacy of Qinglongyi,all considering it cold in nature and bitter in taste,with the functions of clearing heat and detoxifying,reducing swelling and relieving pain.It was widely used in ancient books for treating various diseases such as heat-toxicity sores and ulcers,contusions and injuries,rheumatic arthralgia,and scrofula and tuberculosis.Qinglongyi has anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory,and analgesic effects,but different processing methods may affect its metabolic level and toxic side effects.Conclusion Through the exploration and organization of ancient literature on Qinglongyi and the statistical analysis of modern clinical applications,this paper provides a more scientific reference for the research and development and application of this local medicinal material in Heilongjiang province.
