摘  要:研究高压水除鳞系统优化技术以改善产品质量。以1580mm热连轧生产线除鳞系统为试点,通过开展除鳞系统阀门结构优化与国产化替代、除鳞系统流量核算及优化、除鳞泵增容优化、耦合器勺管位置精准控制优化、除鳞泵升降速连锁条件优化、高压水罐液位计改造、除鳞喷嘴优化等改进工作,提升除鳞系统的运行稳定性和改善除鳞效果。除鳞系统优化后运行稳定性显著提升除鳞效果明显改善,同时降低了备件费用和板坯温降,为提产提质奠定坚实基础。The research on optimization techniques for high-pressure water descaling systems to improve product quality.Taking the descaling system of the 1580mm hot rolling production line as a pilot,improvement works have been carried out by optimizing the valve structure for descaling system and domestic substitution,calculating and optimizing the flow rate of the descaling system,increasing the capacity of the descaling pump,accurately controlling the position of the coupler spoon tube,optimizing the lifting and lowering speed chain conditions of the descaling pump,modifying the high-pressure water tank liquid level gauge,optimizing the descaling nozzle,etc,to enhance the operational stability and improve the descaling effect of the descaling system.After optimizing the descaling system,the operational stability has been significantly improved and the descaling effect has been significantly improved.At the same time,the cost of spare parts and the temperature drop of the slab have been reduced,laying a solid foundation for improving production and quality.
